In 2001, Mr. Livingston moved to Eugene, Oregon and attended law school at the William W. Knight Law Center at the University of Oregon. While he was at Hamilton College Mr. Livingston's family relocated to Flagler Beach. He took a year off from school after graduating from Hamilton in 2000 living in Flagler Beach and working to prepare financially for graduate school. After graduating in 2004 from the University of Oregon with his Juris Doctorate Mr. Livingston moved to Palm Coast first as a clerk and then as an association attorney at the law firm of Chiumento & Associates, P.A.

In 2009, Mr. Livingston founded the law firm of Livingston & Wolverton, P.A. with his former partner and fellow Oregon alum James Wolverton. In 2010, the firm was blessed with the addition of Raven Sword and her expertise in additional practice areas and became Livingston, Wolverton & Sword, P.A. Today Ms. Sword and Mr. Livingston continue to provide competent and personalized legal representation for clients in central and north eastern Florida.

Mr. Livingston focuses his law practice in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters, land use and zoning, homeowners and condominium associations, small and medium size businesses entities and partnerships and estate planning. When he is not taking care of his clients, Mr. Livingston spends his time raising his two sons, surfing, fishing, reading, writing, and enjoying the cultural resources and natural beauty of the First Coast and beyond.
